Ridgeline Insights is among 1 in 6 to make the list of highest-scoring businesses, and the only honoree in Idaho.
Ridgeline Insights has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2020. A huge honor, the list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits.
Collecting data from more than 3,000 submissions, Inc. singled out 395 finalists for this year’s list. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited the data. Then all employers were ranked using a composite score of survey results.
“Our love of the outdoors permeates everything we do, from flex-time so our employees can get outside, to team ski and boating days that bring us all together,” said Annalisa DeMarta, co-founder of Ridgeline Insights. “We value every member of our team, and we want them to be happy to come to work. By offering unlimited PTO, the flexibility to work from home and set their own schedules, our goal is to give our employees the autonomy to manage their own work-life balance.”
