This week Ridgeline Insights earned a place on Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work in 2020, making this the second year in a row we’ve made the list! Coming in at #34, we were recognized for offering a number of thoughtful benefits including an unlimited PTO policy, which has given our employees the freedom to manage their own work-life balance amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, and take time for things like virtual schooling or even just to get outdoors for an adventure in beautiful Boise.

Outside Magazine's annual list of the 50 best places to work is based on employee responses to questions on topics such as leadership, culture, pay, and satisfaction. The 80-question survey is completely anonymous and responsible for 75% of a company's ranking. The remainder of a company's score is based on a policy and benefits questionnaire completed by the employer.
